Refunds & Returns
We are happy to share that we have a 99.8% customer satisfaction rate and while very little, all after sales queries have been resolved to date. We always put our customers first and will continue to do so.
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement, refund or exchange. To start a return please message the website chat function or email info@hyprcharge.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once a label has been sent you must send the item back to us within 7 days of receipt of returns label.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees
While we cover customs duties, taxes and fees on delivery, please be aware that when returning items, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return if requested after 60 days of delivery. We will cover all returns within 60 days of delivery. While extremely rare, if the return package is stuck in customs, you must resolve the issue and cover additional costs. We will not be responsible for collecting packages stuck in customs or any associated fees.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
